These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of TargetPro Bot (the “Platform”), a SaaS communication and WhatsApp automation service. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, connecting WhatsApp, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must provide accurate registration and business information.
- You must obtain valid consent from recipients before sending marketing or automated messages.
- You must not use the Platform for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
WhatsApp Usage Policy
Your use of WhatsApp features through the Platform must comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, and applicable messaging laws (including opt-in, opt-out, and content restrictions).
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, and prohibited content are strictly forbidden.
- You are solely responsible for message content and recipient lists.
- Meta or WhatsApp may limit, suspend, or revoke your WhatsApp access independently of the Platform.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle displayed at signup or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your plan terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime.
YallaSyasa is not responsible for outages, API changes, or service disruptions caused by Meta, WhatsApp, or third-party providers.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Platform, fail to pay subscription fees, or pose security or legal risk. You may disconnect WhatsApp and close your account at any time subject to outstanding payment obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform or WhatsApp integrations.
